Outside Sales Representative

Division description Green Bay Packaging is a privately-held, fully integrated paper manufacturer founded in 1933 in Green Bay, WI. Green Bay Packaging employs over 3,400 employees across 35 divisions throughout US and Mexico, serving the corrugated container; folding carton; and coated label markets. Our Fremont Division is strategically located in Northwest Ohio to service businesses in the Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana markets. We are an industry-leading, fully equipped corrugating plant that manufactures a wide range of corrugated packaging products. Job description Travel a NW Ohio/SE Michigan territory making on-site customer visits to current and prospective customers in B2B setting Work 5 days in the field each week supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, making appointments, call preparation, report generation, etc Responsible for managing sales volume with existing customers while emphasizing volume growth and profitability of territory through new customers Creatively problem solve customers' issues to improve their packaging Generate qualified leads and guide them through a solution-based selling cycle to close Cultivate, create, and maintain strong customer relationships Work together in a team consisting of customer service, design, and other internal personnel regarding customer activity Submit weekly work plans, expense reports, and monthly territory analysis to management Qualifications Minimum BSBA required 6+ years of proven sales experience with a record of opening new business in previously held position Strong business acumen Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint Ability to lift 50lbs. and use hands to demonstrate corrugated products Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record Job Type Office Salary/benefits A Career at Green Bay Packaging Offers: Benefits: Competitive base salary + commission, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid life insurance, 401(k), car, cell phone allowance, and good work-life balance. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
