Seeking a Quality Manager - PGQM
Our Client Company is one of North America's largest, diversified blow-molded product manufacturers, with facilities in Illinois and Ohio. They are currently seeking a Quality Manager in Fremont, OH. The salary is $70K -$90K, depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available.
The Qualify Manager oversees the overall administration of Quality System Management, including obtaining and maintaining ISO-Quality certifications. He/she gathers data, creates reports and communicates with management to validate service levels for the customer. The Quality Manager is also responsible for the planning and integration of safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions, while adhering to OSHA compliance.
Requirements:
Four-year college degree
5-7 years Quality experience in plastic blow molding, within a manufacturing and warehousing
environment
A penchant for launching new programs and becoming certified in ISO9000/14001 and/or TS16949
Proficiency with ISO-9000 standards and OSHA regulations
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, client-driven, environment
Strong analytical, organizational, motivational and problem-solving skills
Orientation toward detail and ability to keep and provide clear, concise reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Six Sigma certification (a plus)
