30am) Onboarding/Training Specialist at a glance Under the direction of the Production Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring new and transferring employees are thoroughly trained and that training is detailed.
The Specialist will verify the training and update any documentation as needed.
Validating and maintaining training and onboarding records will be a critical part of the job.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Oversees the onboarding and training at the Plant level Develops and coordinates the overall program, as well as the maintenance of any applicable records and documentation Use tracker development and escalating through Leads and HR to ensure all training has been received and understood Works with team to identify and resolve nonconformance issues through root cause analysis Operate equipment in a safe manner following safety standards, GMP guidelines, and sustaining 5s Ensures that detailed notes are collected, training employee and accurate feedback is given to leadership for better addressing employees concerns and gaps in training Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must be at least 18-years of age High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrate planning/organizational skills and behavior which will contribute to the overall team efficiency.
Attention to detail - able to develop accurate details when describing issues as it relates to the product, or the line equipment.
Effective communication skills - able to express themselves in a clear manner both when speaking with other team members, supervisors/process leaders and managers.
Decision Making - Can make decisions after identifying problems and act upon them while working with everyday task.
